About our Company
Established in 1997, Bella Regalo has become an elite presence in the retail wedding industry. In addition to the wholesale division of our company, we continue to operate a retail division focusing on the needs of individual clients, wedding planners and event coordinators.
At this time, we extend wholesale pricing on a select group of specialty items, formerly known as MariVi Creations line of sophisticated bridal accessories. WHOLESALE PRICING IS AVAILABLE ONLY ON THIS COLLECTION AND IS NOT AVAILABLE ON OUR ENTIRE LINE. Applicants must operate a retail storefront such as a bridal boutique, stationer or bridal gift shop to be considered for approval. We do not sell to home-based businesses. Not all applications will be approved.
Placing an Order
We welcome inquiries from established retailers who wish to carry our wholesale product line. You may submit your Wholesale Application request by applying online, or by calling to request an application via fax or mail.
Once approved, we will require a copy of your state or federally issued business license in order to process your purchase.
Orders can be submitted via our secure website.
Wholesale Minimum
To establish a wholesale account with us you must place a minimum opening order of $400.00. Minimum reorder is $75.00. Accounts who have not ordered $400.00 within a 12 month period will be considered a new account. Newly approved accounts which do not order within 14 days of approval may revert to unapproved status. Below minimum orders will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard or pre-payment by Company Check (pre-approved wholesale customers only). A $25 service charge will be applied to all returned checks.
All COD Customers must have a valid credit card on file. COD orders are subject to any additional fees levied by the package carrier.
Shipping Policies & Lead Times
Most orders are shipped within 3-4 weeks of receipt. Please indicate a need-by date when placing an order. You will be notified immediately should any delay occur in processing your order. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
Standard delivery is by UPS Ground. All pricing is F.O.B. from Massachusetts. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services are available for an additional charge. Selecting expedited delivery will not necessarily shorten lead time requirements. Please call or email us with any concerns about on-time delivery.
Drop Shipments. We are happy to ship directly to your customer. All drop shipments are shipped blind, without any pricing details. Actual billing/invoices will be sent directly to you.
Damaged Shipments. We adhere to UPS policies on damaged shipments. Should a package arrive to you damaged, please notify a UPS representative immediately. In order to process a claim against UPS, you must retain all original packaging with the product inside until inspection by a UPS representative.
Wholesale Returns
All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling fee unless we were at fault in filling your order. All claims for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods by calling, faxing, or emailing Bella Regalo. No returns will be accepted after 21 days.
To receive full credit, the returning merchandise must be received back to Bella Regalo in its original packaging and in original, saleable condition.
Full credit is subject to our evaluation and approval of the condition and quality of the returned merchandise. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Price Changes & Policies
Our price list and website pricing are in effect from 01/01/07 through 9/30/07. However, we reserve the right to change pricing without prior notification.
All retailers should adhere to a equitable retail price to maintain a fair value of the product line. We reserve the right to revoke wholesale pricing from any retailer who severely undercuts retail pricing.

Advertising Opportunities
Bella Regalo advertises extensively in publications such as InStyle, Martha Stewart Weddings, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style and Elegant Bride. We are happy to extend an offer of inclusion in these ads to our wholesale clients on a co-op basis. Please let us know if you would like to be considered. Pricing will fluctuate depending on publication.
