Retail Partner Terms
General Terms & Conditions| • | Applicants must furnish a valid resale license and company business card in order to be considered for our program. |
| • | A limit of one (1) sample per item is allowed. |
| • | Use of photography and product descriptions is limited to the samples which have been purchased. Photography is approved for online use only unless specific permission is given for use in other media. |
| • | Partners work independently of Bella Regalo and are in no way employed by Bella Regalo. |
| • | Any information the Partner receives as a result of their inclusion in the Partner Program is considered confidential. |
| • | We reserve the right to discontinue our Partner Program at any time. |
| • | We reserve the right to revoke a Partner’s inclusion in the Partner Program at any time. |
Ordering & Shipping
| • | Sales are to be submitted through the Partner Program section of our website or by fax. The percentage discount will be deducted directly from the sale, based on the subtotal. The percentage discount does not include tax or shipping & handling fees. |
| • | Approved Partners must use their own funds (Visa, MasterCard or check) to pay for merchandise. We will not accept an order which is billed to a Partner’s client. |
| • | It is the Partner’s responsibility to know and familiarize their clients with our Ordering & Policies terms and conditions. |
| • | We are happy to ship directly to the Partner’s client. |
Advertising
| • | Bella Regalo advertises regularly in many exclusive publications. Occasionally, we may extend an offer to our Partners to be listed as an authorized Bella Regalo Partner in these advertisements for a monetary fee. The Partner must have a valid business phone number and/or a functioning website to be considered for inclusion in any advertising. |
