Methods of Payment
We accept Visa & MasterCard for internet orders. If you wish to pay by check, please call us at 1.877.337.5996 to place your order. We also accept cash for orders placed at our boutique location.
Sales Tax
Our corporate office, boutique and warehouse are located in the state of Massachusetts. We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders which are shipped within our state. Orders shipped outside of Massachusetts are exempt from sales tax.

Samples & Coupons
Although we strive to provide our site with excellent product images, we understand that you may need to view an item in person prior to making a larger purchasing decision. We are happy to arrange for sample purchases whenever possible. Please call or email us with your request. Samples are limited to one piece per item.
On occasion, we are happy to offer coupon codes valid toward a discount on an online purchase. Coupons are not valid on sale and clearance items, samples, Petit Fours, Decorated Berries, labels, Trista & Ryan's Candy Hearts or toward prior purchases. There are no current coupons available.

Shipping Information
Most items ordered, unless otherwise noted, are shipped within 1-3 business days. We do not guarantee need-by dates unless expedited shipping is selected and paid for and sufficient product lead time is met. All web orders are confirmed via e-mail. When selecting expedited shipping, please note that orders received before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day, orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the 2nd business day. Selecting expedited shipping will not shorten any lead times which may be noted for certain items. There is no package activity on weekends and holidays. In the unlikely event that your items are unavailable, we will contact you right away. Clearance items may be limited to stock on hand. Policies, pricing, and item availability are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed are subject to final approval at the time of order fulfillment. While Bella Regalo tries in good faith to make sure that the information displayed is accurate, we are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.
Shipping Fees
The shipping rates assessed at our checkout include a handling fee which is levied on all orders, these fees are non-refundable.
Warm Weather Shipping
Certain items such as those containing heat sensitive confections or extremely delicate merchandise, must be shipped Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air service to maintain the integrity of the product. Protective packaging may also be required for an additional fee. Bella Regalo does not guarantee heat sensitive merchandise against deterioration when the client does not select the appropriate expedited shipping method. Bella Regalo does not guarantee against melting due to a shipping delay or any kind. It is the client's responsibility to arrange for someone to accept this type of package so it is not further exposed to heat. Our carriers do not guarantee heat sensitive merchandise under any circumstances.
Required Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air service must be shipped as follows:
Next Day Air: Ships on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
2nd Day Air: Ships on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
Saturday Delivery is usually available for an additional fee.

International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally and to Alaska, Hawaii and other United States territories. Rates are quoted based on the size and weight of the package, as well as the level of shipping service desired. Items which include free shipping fees do not include orders outside of the contiguous US. The customer is solely responsible for any additional fees, duties or taxes associated with shipping their purchase.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
We are confident that you will love our products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or e-mail us within 7 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in original, saleable condition. Custom and special orders, samples, toothpicks, ring pillows, guest books, bridal mannequins, baby carriages, guest pens, personalized items, engraved items and confectionery merchandise (including candy filled boxes, sugar cubes and cookies), are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable. Order cancellations must be received in writing within 48 hours of order placement or prior to order processing, whichever occurs first. Rush orders cannot be cancelled if production has begun. Items which are individually packaged such as placecard holders where each individual piece is bagged and sealed must be returned as shipped to you. We of course understand that you must open a single piece for viewing. Sachets which are bagged and sealed to retain fragrance, must be returned unopened. Please note that many of our items are handmade and variations and slight imperfections will be present. Items which contain dried or preserved flowers may exhibit small amounts of broken flowers or petals. Due to the candy printing process, our Trista & Ryan Candy Hearts will contain imperfect and unprinted candies within the quantity you receive.
Upon the receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund of your purchase amount less a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees. Coupon discounts will be deducted from refund amount. Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid. All returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issuaance.

We are not responsible for merchandise which arrives late (or not at all) due to circumstances beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for late arrivals or non-arrival due to package handling by carrier. |

Damaged Products
In the event that your package arrives to you damaged, please alert its carrier of the damage prior to opening. If your merchandise is damaged, it is important that you save all packaging in order to pursue your claim against its carrier.
